Federal Construction Quality Control Systems Manager-
Broomfield, CO
Job Summary: This will be a full time position. Applicants will provide
construction quality control supervision for large scale federal design-
build construction projects. Duties will include but not limited to:
- Project document preparation and review (health and safety, work plan,
quality control plan, etc.).
- Drawing and specification constructability review.
- Assistance with cost and technical proposal preparation and review.
- Managing the implementation of large scale design-build construction
projects including submittal review, quality management and quality
documentation, meeting coordination and subcontractor management.
- Excellent client management skills required.
- Implementation and enforcement of Ayuda health and safety
requirements on each and every project.
- Implementation of QCS/RMS.
- Construction submittal review.
- Comfortable in dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years experience with Design-Build Construction/
Construction
- Minimum 5 years experience as a contractor quality control system
manager on USACE projects.
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Construction Management or engineering.
- Federal project experience required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain access and clearance for DOD Installations
required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication required.

Travel will be required, estimated at 50%.
Proposal Manager - Federal
Broomfield, CO
The successful proposal manager will work with teams comprised of technical, management, and business development executives and subject matter experts. Our teams work within stringent time frames to meet proposal deadlines. The Proposal Manager is responsible for ensuring the final documents are complete, compliant, well organized and professionally presented.
The Proposal Manger will report to the VP of Business Development and will support all Ayuda bid and proposal activities. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working on complex Federal environmental remediation and/or construction solicitations.
The position of Proposal Manger requires that the candidate be detail oriented in order to ensure that all aspects of the bid and proposal are completed correctly and in a timely manner. The Proposal Manager will consistently deal with multiple competing deadlines and must be able to intelligently and proactively manage competing requirements. Finally, the candidate will be meticulous with recordkeeping and file management in order to draw from all of the companies past experience when creating bids and proposals.
Specific Job Responsibilities
As the Proposal Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing the RFP
- Developing the proposal management plan, proposal outline and compliance documents
- Developing the proposal schedule
- Developing win themes, ghosts, and discriminators
- Assigning proposal development activities
- Reviewing material produced by SME, integrating these efforts into a cohesive, persuasive proposal of the highest quality.
- Provide technical writing and editing in support of the proposal or business development activities.
- Communicating proposal requirements to all stakeholders.

- Minimum 10 years experience in proposal writing/management for Federal procurements
- Bachelor’s Degree Required (Marketing, Business or English)
- Advanced Degree Preferred
